K-Mart can’t facilitate the offense like Harden could, but in terms of point production K-Mart can still get it done. However, I do not like this trade by the Thunder at all and something just tells me that they took a tiny step back from this fallout.
I don’t like the trade for either team, but remember Jeremy Lamb is no slouch and could easily be equivalent - if not better than Harden… next season. Kevin Martin is no slouch and OKC still drafted Perry Jones III. I still think Harden gave them the best shot to get back to the Finals, but I don’t think they’re free to the Lakers now.
Have you seen the replies to his twit. People are saying Harden got selfish for money. It’s called a business people. The thunder were screwed cap wise in the long run and ever since the perkins trade, the thunder have always been bad at trades.
Harden was pretty selfish, they offered a deal that was about 1.5 mill per year away from a max contract. That is pretty fucking petty lol.
Denver is going to be an issue for OKC now as well, they do not have to worry about KMart driving at all. They are basically just going to make OKC shoot outside shots and double team Durant.

I don’t think the trade was that bad like most of you here are saying.
Considering the crop of SGs currently in the league, K-mart isn’t an elite one but a very capable scorer, on par with Harden in that regard at the very least.
If that doesn’t work out, he expires next season and they can make a run for someone else.
Jeremy Lamb is a lottery prospect in this year’s deep draft class with the potential to be an all-star SG, IMO.
Future draft picks are always valuable to have to keep bringing in new talent, especially with a Raptors pick. (Although conditional)
Eric Maynor, who is underrated, might get more playing time or even start if they switch Westbrook to SG finally.
Although this wouldnt be the wisest move if they wanna WIN NOW, they are still legit title contenders w/o Harden already and they acquire more future assets and young talent to an already super-young, super-talented team.
And Kevin Love will be a Lakers. He’s from Cali and went to UCLA.
