Lamar needs to suck it up. Stop being a child and understand that this is the way business goes sometimes, it is strictly business. You signed a contract, so it is time to start acting professional about it.
this is the most important story right now. big Al got bit! he forgot to shake the shit outta her

time for the raptors to pick up vince and relive the glory days
Professional behavior from a guy who mauls through bags of sweets in the locker room after games? Idk…
What is Hakeem doing these days? Get him on the phone.
haha point taken.
LOL Lamar. If he really wanted back with the Lakers waive the $10 million left on his contract and re-sign with the team for the minimum.
C’mon Lakers, Luke spoke on the lamar situation this morning, as if he was a teammate. Amnesty this motherfucker.
And listening to that radio segment with Odom brought me down a bit.
EDIT:

So I just caught up on ball news today and WTF @ Bell and Rogers buying MLSE (the organization that runs the Raptors). Looks I won’t be buying any merch or tickets anytime soon and will be sticking to watching games online for free. Two of my most despised companies.
If you’re American and haven’t heard of Bell and Rogers they’re the two telecom companies that keeps Canada in the digital backwater and behind the rest of the world in both internet and mobile service. Canada’s run by a duopoly offering inefficient services at gouging prices. Pay $70/month for the same mobile plan you could get for $10 in Europe and Asia or $40/month for internet and be hit with 25 gig bandwidth caps.
I’m glad I’m with an indie ISP.
Only thing about that is suitable trade to the NBA right now is anything not involving the L.A. Lakers.
Well now that the Orlando tampering has been brought to the table I’m glad this trade got blocked since the Nets would beat out Houston in getting Nene which would lead to Chuck not staying (I think he was going to leave regardless).
Tbh I’m not surprised. We have no rich folks that would spend money to own an NBA franchise.
You must not have heard of what CRTC plans to do.
The teams are back in talks

Rip Hamilton got waived, I guess the pistons are saving the amnesty for Charlie V. or Ben Gordon.
So if we go by Mark Cuban’s remarks, the Lakers, after this proposed trade, would have freed up a great deal in cap space. So what, L.A. has to eat up a huge contract? Who on N.O. or even Houston could fill that role?
wow rip got waived? guess that means they are going to amnesty gordon.
At this point I really don’t see Houston sticking around for long in these trade talks.
Edit: Well apparently Houston might also be filed with tampering charges by the Magic, damn can’t catch a break if this ends up being true.
Because it would be unwise of him, from a value standpoint, for him to take an offer that’s significantly less of his value as a basketball player. Him not taking a minimum has nothing to do with him not wanting to be a Laker, it would be silly for him to do that. Of course players are gonna prefer to sign a contract in which the value is based off of their production, that’s just common sense, and comes from the business side of things. It sounds like a double standard. Owners go around hiding behind their PR firms talking about how they’re always wanting to provide the fans with a quality experience, or helping to bring a championship to said city, when in actuality all they’re concerned with is maximizing their profits: hence the hiking of ticket prices and things of the such. Yet owners and management don’t catch any significant grief for it. Boloney
and if they are not claimed then they just become a free agent, no?
Lakers said Pau did not participate in practice this morning because of a “quad strain”.
Sounds like the trade has got some legs on it again for the time being.
i heard otherwise, he was 60 minutes late.
