yeaaaaaaaa very sappy stuff. After the first two, its different. Try Apple Buck Season or the Sonic Rainboom. But hey, if you dont like it after the first 2 eps, then thats just fine and I respect your opinion
Personally, I find the show to be rather intelligent, characters are likeable with distinct traits and flaws, something severely lacking in a lot of other shows of its ilk. Storylines don’t tend to be overly “girly”. Frankly, I think a lot of the sheer hate as of late is directed more at the fanbase itself, which is a bit understandable. Obviously not everyone is going to feel the same way about the show (such as voodazz above) and that’s fine. But I find the show enjoyable, and really enjoy a lot of the fan content as well (mostly the music and (non-nsfw) artwork).
Nah man. Bronies go out of their way to make their presence known. Hardcore otaku stay in their homes, respective corners of the internet (SRK 
), and anime cons.

Also, I’d recommend going on Youtube and checking out the first two episodes of the second season “Return of Harmony pts 1 & 2” or “Lesson Zero” and “It’s About Time”

I was bored one day, walking around in the mall, waiting for a movie to start. I walk by Hot Topic, and, against my better judgement, step inside.
I look around, and on the left side of the store, there is their usual array of size four and below goth fetism gear.
Opposite the goth gear, hanging on the right side, there is an assortment of MLP Bronie tee shirts.
“And n’ary the two may meet”, thought I, as I turned and left the store.
Don’t even respond to comments like that… the only people who get that volatile about this kind of thing are people with things to hid themselves.
