edit: I ran my installer again and it updated quite a bit. afterwards the typical “the fire from the sky still falls. Diablo III has not yet launched.” popped up again, tho.

Run it again but make sure you uninstall everything D3 beta related.
I’ll install it after work Monday and then I’ll have to wait until after work on Tuesday to play it :. People will already have gotten to Inferno by then (or maybe not ;p)

doesn’t matter tho. I’m in europe and have the US installer. all that it does is to determine the “suggested” area, but since d3 is global play you can simply choose any area of the world and play there. I dled it with around 3 mb/s last week.
I like in UK too, no problems, you don’t see the same error right? But I’ll wait to see what happens with Veektors new download, yea?
