I’m talking about solo rpg games strictly. just count how many games have 3 or 4 and how many have 6.
it’s an exception with 3/4 being the common average. so unless you can show me that huge portion of 6 char solo-rpg games that have been published the past 40 years till now in comparision to the 3/4 rpgs, stop pretending you are some “O.G. RPG head” who knows what he is talking about.

So I “think” I downloaded the game but when I tried to double click the Diablo 3 Setup Application, I get a message “Failed to Extract Required Files From Archive” WTF?!? I payed 60 bucks and I get an error message ??? Help?

funny how I played most of them and/or at least one per series (e.g only wizardry 8 tho which wasn’t my cup). In fact I played planescape two years ago the last time since it’s hell a good game.
but again, those are EXCEPTIONS to the standard. the standard is 3-4 since a long time now and even in the past (were you are soo o.g.) 6 was not the standard group size per se. tho it took a bigger portion in comparison of total s-rpgs. even the new AD&D based games have around ~4~ characters most of the time. so if you think 6 “was / is” the standard and 3/4 is the “new idea” you’re simply wrong. 3/4 is the established group size, everything else is an exception unless it becomes the new standard (which is highly doubtful). you pretend that the Mini-Disc is the “o.g.” standard and that the CD is the “new” kid. well, which is simply not true. well, nowadays ego shooter are the bluray tho… >_>
In some of the Ultima games you had at least 5 people starting with you. Don’t know about Planescape Torment or the other D&D rpgs on computer since I never got a chance to play them.
