Man, the Black theme was actually working well for me at least it was on Sunday.
Not gonna lie , I’m one of those people who now avoid posting due to the new layout. On the bright side , SRK’s new mobile layout is great. I actually perfer over tapatalk (but then again that software is acting up so I dunno).
Oh my God, the Dark theme is SO much better on the eyes :x

At first I couldn’t decide whether to like, or agree with your post.
I decided that I agree, the mobile layout is good.
In other news, people with high resolution avatars are just better than everyone else.

Yes, there’s a new black theme. Just look at the top of the page.
It would be nice if SRK Dark changed the text color when putting in hyperlinks.
I like the two default “solarized” themes, but they each have one terrible flaw.
Solarized Dark: Red usernames and thread titles against the blue background is really hard on the eyes.
Solarized Light: Body text in posts does not have enough contrast against the light background–again really hard to read.
Apparently I can use custom themes or something, but I don’t want to fuck around with that, and I’m not always on my own machine anyway.
Biggest complaint: invisible ads. It’s weird to have a woman randomly saying, “Welcome to Tokyo” with the accompanying ad music. So I’m searching the loaded page for the ad so I can mute it…and there is no ad visible. Is this a new feature to try to get people to listen to them? Just annoying every page I go to even if in the same thread, a new ad loads. The fact that some are now invisible or embedded someway into the thread so you can’t mute it is just too much. This normally isn’t a big deal except if a page has a youtube video you want to click on, you can’t really do that because some long ass ad is blaring everytime you load a page.
May we please have SRK on Tapatalk back? Many of us access the Forums almost exclusively using it. (plus there is no search button on the “new” mobile equivalent) Thanks for any consideration.

I’m sure this has been asked already, but is there any way to prevent the forum from getting rid of your signature when you edit a post?
For example, I just edited mine. Poof, signature gone.

There’s some really obvious and easy to fix bugs, like the Move buttons not even showing up on Mobile mode or in IE because height and width are set bogusly (to “”) in all cases. Looks like some browsers just ignore that, some don’t.
Is there an ETA to fixing at least the egregious bugs like that? Stuff like what Nick pointed out might be harder to fix, but NULL-dimension buttons and “{pocket name=“AfterSummaries”}” randomly showing up midscreen after the What’s New/Best Of tables in the Forums view seems like they would take eight seconds to fix.
Sooooo… when people get told their post is “Being Approved”, that appears under the Complex Media bar. Supposedly this is part of the reason we get people posting the same thing five times and then mods need to clean it up.
Can we adjust that?
