This is one of the only game ever that made me get mood swings. At first I hated the game and stopped at 1 hour, then I gave it a second chance and loved it and leveled till 18 but then the novelty wore off. Same settings same guns same shit etc etc.
Can someone give a quick breakdown of Mad Moxxi and Zombie island or whatever? I could do a 2nd run through for sure of that game.

The Zombie Island DLC was kinda lame IMO, but that might have been because I played through it with a level 50 Roland with a hellfire SMG, which pretty much kills it.
Basically, the mad moxxi DLC is endurance mixed with horde mode. It will take you ages to complete everything. Dr.Neds zombies island is an additional story/quest(s) DLC. Doing the 2 dlc playthroughs are tough. If you dont have the right guns they can be near impossible i.e. swarms of re-spawning zombies (not giving you a moment to rest) or very hard to kill enemies (improved shields/health) takes 2 or 3 sots from a modded weapon!!
ive re uplaoded the borderlands vids because of a low framerate, can you guys check em out? they werent syncing properly before 
Just got the platinum trophy. I’ll probably skip Mad Moxxi’s dlc and wait to see what’s next.
I did the braaaaaaains sidequest last night, it didn’t take as long as I thought it would.
I find it odd that the trophies for the underdome show up even though I didn’t buy it. Those are the only ones I don’t have

so has anyone actually legitly completed mad mooxie’s greater challenges?
or even completed it with moded weapons. i mean even with beastly weapons i think that shit would be hard. there are dudes that will shot you once and leave you with 10 health when you have full shield and health, like wtf. and then at wave 15 you will get some crazy restrictions.
if anyone is down and can do a run to actually complete the greater challenges shot me a friends invite, so far i have only completed skull gully.

New Borderlands DLC came out the same time as new Borderlands patch.
NEW PATCH DISABLES HACKED WEAPONS.
My friend and I completed it, even with hacked weapons it was a pain in the ass.
I got a hacked battlerifle that is absolutely 100% broken, its so powerful…and I don’t use it unless I’m downed. I hope the patch eliminates the hacks, game isn’t fun with them.
so is there some quest that needs to be done to raise the level cap or… what?
oh and the removal of hacked weapons is big for this game
I recommend getting the new dlc guys ive just completed the main story and its fun as hell. Just make sure you go in with your 4 - 7 best guns in your back pack only (fire, tech caustic and electric). As you go through the campaign you’ll get better especially at the end.

damn i got a pestilent defiler pistol with 1000+ damage and 4 times elemental the other day from cromerax. but i have not yet found any perlescent weapons. the new dlc was amazing, keep them coming and i will keep playing.
