What 3S needs is a consolized CPSIII board with the 990512 revision on it, similar to the UD-CPS2s that I believe they were running (I heard them give a shout-out to Undamned, so I’m assuming they’re using the stuff he developed, either the UD-CPS2 or the USB decoder).

And of course, without the suicide battery (which goes without saying).
