Wow. I’m just… I’m… speechless.
I honestly don’t know what to say. :shake: I feel so distraught.

Dana Walsh
It was a conditional immunity, if they got Hassan alive, the immunity would go through :tup:
Other than that…
:sad:
Yeh that was pretty graphic, I’m happy the nuclear rod story is finally over.
Dana
I wondering how the hell she manages to escape, there were a couple of leaked pics ages ago that had Dana running through New York.

Best part of the episode was Renee’s look of sadistic pleasure when Jack took THE MOLE to the wall. Her desire for the Bauer Tower of Power grows strong…
[/Quote]
Not to mention her unending trust for Jack when he asked her to obey… completely.
Oh and that thing with Prez Hair was pretty great too. He was channeling the integrity of triple P.
EDIT: How to you put in the spoiler tags?
Even upon kidnapping and torture, his hair remained. His hair was the pillar of integrity that he represented.
BTW, did anyone find it weird when Hassan claimed that there will be peace in the end the terrorist said he wanted no peace? It’s almost like his purpose wasn’t to preserve his nation’s honor but rather just be malevolent.

The Jack/Dana thing, where he asked her who was paying her… that plus the Russian/Pres Taylor thing pretty much tells us where the season is going. I’m guessing the Russians set the whole thing up just to avoid peace.
But I’m interested to see what happens next. Its been a long time in a 24 season where I was actually excited to see what happens next. Usually you can see everything a mile away, and Jack’s body count is what keeps you watching.

I also like Renee’s look of pleasure when Jacks giving order to the tac team in the staging area. You just KNOW her panties were wet.
Silent clock. Goddamn.

:lol: I noticed that too. I was going to post this. She would’ve jumped him right then and there if the mission wasn’t so critical.
Damn, though…this season has achieved greatness as far as I’m concerned. And still eight episodes left…what’s gonna happen now?
Dana’s immunity
[details=Spoiler]
Hassan is dead, immunity deal is gone. Jack’s gonna choke the shit out of her, and we’re gonna be :clapdos: all episode.[/details]
My guess for what’s next
[details=Spoiler]
The Patriots are involved in this messed-up situation. My guess is that their influence extends beyond the USA, and it was them who decided that Hassan should die in order to protect their interests. Also, does anyone think Tony fits in somewhere?[/details]
Hassan

Are we in agreement that he should be inducted into the HALLS OF INTEGRITY?[/details]
F-ed up thought
[details=Spoiler]
I was half-expecting Hassan’s head to come off when Jack went to close his eyes.[/details]

I surely hope so. BRING IN THE PAIN!

Of course they are behind everything. Dana could never have gotten on the inside by terrorists alone.
Hassan

FO SHO! The man resisted drug induced confession and torture, not to mention sacrificed himself for the sake of New York.
Not just integrity… SHINTEGRITY!
Hassan

This is the same Hassan that went batshit and terrorized all his opponents-- including their families-- after his brother betrayed him? He has iridum-plated balls to voluntarily turn himself in to die, but everything Tarin said to him in the car ride was the raw, uncooked truth, served on a cold dish. As far as any inductions… The Palmer, The Pierce and The Holy Mason wouldn’t allow it.
The question I have is how did the President get the Joker’s purple trench coat. With that creepy-wide smile she’s got, it suits her almost TOO well…
Also, you gotta love the fact that “Cole’s clean.” was enough.
^_-;
Glad to see Dana’s immunity deal fall through. I was pretty shocked that they didn’t deliver on the Renee vs Dana showdown, but now that the deals off the table i know that epic brawl is right around the corner.
Unfortunately it’s all too clear where the series finale is headed. Jack is obviously far too valuable to just let walk away and live a normal life. He will be cryo frozen against his will in the event of another imminent terrorist attack. The earth will enjoy four hundred and fourteen years of lasting peace, until old school terrorists threaten to nuke the moon. The world has grown soft throughout the years of peace, and the only way to stop old school terrorists is with an old school hero.
The new 24 spinoff:
2424: on the moon.
Also, you gotta love the fact that “Cole’s clean.” was enough.

Of course…Jack’s word is always the truth, even when he lies.
Gotta love Chloe’s reaction when Jack jacked that guy’s fancy car. :lol: Also, yet another “Damn, Jack” moment when Jack choked out Dana.
The only bad thing about this episode was that Jack didn’t bitchslap Jenny or tortured her for sadistic pleasure.
Other than that, these last 3 episodes were good.
Good stuff by the President.

PPP didn’t live in a chaotic country where a leader lost his position with the edge of a sword, or getting blown up. Early on he explained that in his country things worked differently, and he was only conforming to the situation because of rampant coups that occur in his region. His brother and political adviser tried to murder him. I don’t think you empathized at how psychologically soul crushing that is to a man.
Oh… and he was right about Tarin in the end so…
The whole “Hassan as crazy dictator” part wasn’t very well written, too much of an about face from the first phase of the show. But I think he more than made up for it with these last few episodes. We should also not forget that Hassan had Bauer/Solid Snake levels of resistance to torture! He went down for world peace like a man!
I vote yes for Hassan’s integrity!
EDIT: Double post! D’oh!
+1 for hassan’s intergrity
Who wants to be… a millon-aire!
There should be two eps every single week.
