keifer looks like a tom cruise kinda dude…a nigga who thinks he can do it all.
this and season 5(or 6 I forgot…one with logan) is probably the weakest. you should start watching from season1. these characters are far less appealing than what we’ve seen before. heisting is the worst “ctu director” ever. FPJ is the worst “ctu main guy” too(gtfo scrub and bring back almeida). palmer and all other president > taylor too.
Am I the only one who started fist pumping when Bauer started talking about what he was about to do to that guys mom?
I don’t know about ya’ll, but I am loving this season. It’s not the best, but it’s fun, and fresh. Season 6 was entertaining, but they were just retreading old shit. To me, everything they are doing this season is pretty new, and that is important to me personally.
Yeh everything other than the Arab terrorists and Russians everything is pretty fresh lol, but I agree definately entertaining .
24 just needs some British badasses
I think Logan was a worse president than Taylor, at least Taylor knows to stay out of Jack’s way. But PPP was the absolute truth, SO much testicular fortitude.
Previews frame advancing
[details=Spoiler]-Chloe was looking at the screen at the right, looked like a woman in CTU but wasn’t blonde (maybe they edited that to keep those with a quick eye from noticing).
-When Hastings yelled “Security!” the first time, shortly after you can see him screech to a halt against the wall, Dana was standing there until running off in the next scene[/details]
And that wasn’t Keifer when the bomber exploded, stuntdouble.
Found it hilarious when Chloe relayed the message to Jack that the convo was being recorded, and both Owen and Cole looked at him simultaneously like a couple of newborns to a bright light lol. One of them is gonna die though, possibly Owen but not as epic as Castle from S4.
RED STAPLER was a charming parole officer. Liked his smile when he caught Dana slipping, and nice visual touch with the light in his pupils. Too bad Dana’s gonna kill him next week or something
haha oh shit I knew he looked familiar.
bill dautreieve > you
I hate Dana’s character, I hope she winds up dead very soon. Just unnecessary CTU drama, YET AGAIN!!!
I forgot to mention Bill Dauterive, Stephen Root is always an entertaining character.
So 24 is official ending this season. - http://weblogs.variety.com/on_the_air/2010/03/clock-winds-down-on-24-kiefer-and-company-call-it-a-day.html
Can’t wait for 2.4!
I’ve got to disagree on the Presidents. Taylor is better than holds their head and falls Wayne. Not by much, but still. Of course David Palmer is by far the best President.
Loved the scene with Jack and the bomber when he gave a laugh and said, “actually I’m not with the government.”
The terrible redneck plot continues… Dana should have just told the parole officer most of the truth. She should have said, “yeah I know him. He’s my stalker ex-boyfriend who extorted money from me to make him leave.” That would have cleared everything up and probably set the officer away.
Jack Bauer.
He will NOT take your shit.
Also, is it just me or is President Ahmed’s daughter dangerously, TV-meltingly hot? I would actually BUY pornography starring her.
Man…I’ve been reading spoilers just to get interested now. That and I’m leaving for the military Tuesday lol. Don’t ever click my shit if you don’t wanna know or if it goes against the Bauerite religion
Epic - and long overdue - casting call later this season
Not gonna reveal his role
Spoiler
Michael fucking Madsen :amazed:
Also for lolz, a S7 pic…preview of season’s end?
Nice pic
This episode was better than expected. THE ENEMY WITHIN getting turned into spaghetti sauce by his evil masters was too good. Jack’s threats, also too good. “LOOK INTO MY EYES!!!”
If Fox drops 24 because of its costs I’d like to see the show move to HBO for at least one last season.
I’ve always wondered what 24 would be like if they (namely Jack) was allowed a lot more freedom to do WHATEVER he wanted. We’d see more explicit torture scenes, Damn its replaced with FFFUUUUU… Jack using decapitation as a method for killing more often and random gibs placed whenever a suicide bomber kills himself.
Not to mention episodes would be longer. More scenes and less downtime, like those moments where someone says I’ll be there in 10 – cut to commercial break.
24 has been on a national network for so long that i cant imagine it working on the home builders organization or showtime. the jump would be too drastic – plus: dont those networks allow only 12 episodes per season? 24: Double Time
When the bomb exploded, you see Jack’s body flying off, along with a shot of the door…with no blood.
In the next scene, there’s blood everywhere. Come on I thought this show had a budget, do they not pay their editors and planners enough? The first 4 episodes were awesome but now the FOX syndrome sets in…
I don’t think budget has anything to do with it…it’s just an oversight. Things like that happen all the time…there’s a website dedicated to finding errors in movies and TV shows. I’ll see if I can find it.
EDIT: Here it is.
I love how they had Jack totally Yomi Faruj pretending to be a cop.
Didn’t Jack get shanked…like…three hours ago? That seems like a bigger “WTF?!” thing.
Wow, that was a good’en.
