lol great recap
So who thinks he’ll be a bad guy again soon?
i just want to see bloodbath by bauer’s hands.
Goddamn Azrael. Your recaps are turning into one of those things that I need to read when I’m NOT at work. That shit made me crack up. Hahahaha! And these nicknames are killing me. STORM? lol! I just wanna see her fly around the screen now going “HAH! HAH! HAH! Lightning Attack!!!”
This season, so far, is definitely beating the pants off of Season 6. My faith has been mostly restored. Shit, SCARLETT alone restored my faith, I think. The looks she was giving to Bauer last episode… damn. You could tell she had so much hatred in her heart, and it was turning her on like nothing ever has.
By the way, was everyone else seeing commercials for the movie “Taken” during 24? I swear to God, that movie was supposed to be 24: The Movie. We got Liam Neeson being all bad-ass, stabbing people in the legs torturing them and killing, like, 90,000 people. And to top it all off? This is the kicker:
The daughter is named Kim. And all she is doing in the trailer is crying and screaming. And getting kidnapped.
- James
Better then season 6 so far… although something really bothered me about yesterday’s ep.
yesterday’s ep
Spoiler
Why did that guy go through the trouble of hanging the first husband? He could have easily just slit his wrists and made it look like a suicide. I mean, it’s so much easier to just slit the wrists instead of carrying him all the way up to the loft, setting up the rope, then lifting him over and hanging him. It was ‘Heroes’-like stupidity. I don’t get it.
It was like in Season 1, when that guy chose to rape Teri instead of Kim Bauer. WTF.
Very poor decision making.
Every season beats 6 lol. But I like the use of Phoenix Down!
Considering they (fucking awesomely) stoled from Vince McMahon, I think with all the bloodshed that happened in this ep the writers felt the need for a Chris Benoit. BAH GAWD
Predictably, the FIRST PENIS will be looked at as many to be the high level corrupted official with those deaths, even though he is merely President SKIRT’s husband…I don’t think they had explained any political background of him whatsoever.
I think…
Spoiler
…it’s Senator Blaine from the first ep. Yes, please make Kurtwood Smith evil like in…well ROBOCOP, to perfect the 3/4 tyranny of Robocop baddies on 24. Plus, they mentioned Henderson again so who knows? I’m just trying not to pick the obvious (i.e. Chief of Staff Ethan) in a show with non-obviousness.
P.S. What’s with the spoiler tags?
I think it’s retarded, I don’t know what’s so hard to avoid the thread until you’ve seen the show on Monday. Takes the fun out of discussing it with the actively watching fans.
Do you guys think that these conspirators are in the same group as the Bauers, like an offshoot or something completely different?
All you have to do is type out the tags first. Then you can just type as you would normally.
azrael’s recaps are too good :lovin:
if the episode has aired and you haven’t seen it you should stay the eff out of this thread. the spolier tags are ridiculous if the show has aired on both coasts already. we should be able to talk about the show freely.
anyways great episode, i’m really back into the show after i stopped watching last season.
Yeah, the ‘spoiler tags only’ rule would lose in a vote count. Only thing I hate are avatars or sig quotes, or anything else on this board that would spoil me even if I avoided this thread.
So, its way past Tuesday in America, right?
Yeah, I’ve been thinking for awhile that 24 needed to stop with the escalation and just get back to tense situations. Though it was weird, they showed us in-cabin shots of the plane that near-missed, but none of the one that eventually got taken down. I’m wondering if something like that would have been too sensitive though…
He never got a silent clock either.
…Hmm. Evil Curtis?
I do, there was just too much emphasis on Tony choosing this life and how much of a brother Emerson was to him. Plus I dunno, it doesn’t seem very 24 to introduce Eeeebil Tony but then have that undone within the first 3 episodes. I’m wondering if, near the end of the season, its revealed that he’s working for someone else even worse who simply wanted to put a stop to Dubaku in order to proceed with his own plans?
EDIT
If you check the Wiki for S7 and look at the cast list…there are a few interesting names that pop up.
I think he’ll do a Curtis and be unable to hold back on the people responsible, esp. if they tie in with his wife’s murder.
Yes, it’s almost Wednesday on the west coast now.
Yeah, I think so. Imagine seeing all the women, children, elderly, and families on there and then know that they died. That would be way too much, since the scene was hard enough to watch as it is. Plus, they did that with the nuke, too.
EDIT: Regarding spoiler tags, the rule specifies that you only need to use them for one day.
Good god, Az. You have become one with the PSYCHO FORCE.
Az’s recaps are gdlk indeed.:lovin:
 Too Good…
LMAO you called Motobo’s wife Storm!:clapdos:
Have you fools called Tim Woods, the Secretary of Homeland Security, Gonorrhoea yet?
Haha Band of Brothers reference.
And Ethan, I only remember him from Demolition Man.
i’d just like to say, in reference to the unit, i actually know the girl who was just added to the cast. well, did know…my friend actually tried to hook me up with her, but she was like WAYYYYYYY out of my league…
oh and the recaps are too powerful…
