I feel like if Lebron was averaging the same numbers Klay/Steph have this series the media and fans would be crucifying him. While Klay/Steph are getting a pass thanks to GSW’s bench and Draymond picking up the slack.
Steph is the best shooter in the league, but Lebron is still the best all-around player.
Well…yeah. Of course the media would be crucifying Lebron, considering he gutted his own team and built it in his image and the Cavs generally suck when he’s sucking. With the Splash Bros the Warriors have a decent chance of winning games still where without Lebron the Cavs would struggle to beat a street ball team.
Sometimes I get the feeling Golden State loses to make the series appear to be more competitive. I dunno why. It just seems like they know they’re going to win the series, so they don’t need to go all-out in every game.
On another note, apparently Jeff Teague played the whole season with a torn tendon. Sixers were looking to trade Noel or Okafor for him, but I’d rather they not look into that now. We have a history of getting fucked up people, so they need to get out of the cycle.
