Imagine what Chicago would be like if the Cubs finally won the World Series…end of the world.
Can’t imagine that since it will never happen
Avs are a joke. They’ll be in the running for another lottery pick next year.
I’m just happy we didn’t select Jones. Caught me by surprise when we chose Barkov, but I’m thrilled to have him.
Yahoo well on their way to becoming the ESPN of the internet, if they’re not there already.

Gonna quote it in case it gets pulled / edited, but the fuck ups aren’t hard to find.
[details=Spoiler]Fresh off losing a second Stanley Cup championship in three years, Boston Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli moved quickly to rework the team’s roster for another deep run.
The Bruins landed wingers Loui Eriksson and prospects Reilly Smith and Matt Fraser and Joe Morrow for centers Tyler Seguin and Rich Peverley and defenseman Ryan Button, an NHL source told the Dallas Morning News.
Seguin, the second overall pick in the 2010 draft, recently signed a six-year deal with Boston with a $5.75 million average annual value. Peverley, who will turn 31 on July 8, has two years left on his deal.
The Bruins, who already have two of the game’s best centers in Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin, can afford to shed the 21-year-old Seguin to land Eriksson, who reportedly waived his no-trade clause. The 27-year-old Swede had 12 goals in 48 games during the lockout-shortened season, but has scored 118 goals in the previous four years, including a 36-goal campaign in 2008-09.
The Stars, meanwhile, land a cornerstone center in Seguin, who scored just one goal in 22 playoffs. Still, the budding star let the lamp 29 times last season and has 121 points in 203 career NHL games.[/details]
That Seguin deal was hilarious. That’s what happens when you party too much and show up to practice hungover constantly. Dallas came out ahead in that one. Does this mean that Toronto wins the Kessel/Seguin deal now?
Leafs buyout Grabo shocked me a little. I liked him If that money goes to Bozak I am going to be fucking furious. We better be getting Clarkson or Pavelski or Weiss.
WELCOME TO THE BAY STREET BULLIES!!!
I hear we still are going after Cooke and Scuderi
I have no idea how you think your team is going to get Pavelski. DW is swindling the rest of the league right now just by having Pavelski signed for $4 mil a year.
What…the fuck.
So much going on. Seguin to Dallas cuz he’s an alky. Horton signs with the jackets for like a hundred years.
What is up with Toronto signing Clarksons for 300 years.
I do like the Penguins signing Scuderi for 3 yrs.
Biggest joke of the day is Clowe to NJD for however many years at $4.85. LOL absolute joke.
My Panthers haven’t done much of anything, unless you consider signing Joey Crabb and trading George Parros something. I’m still holding out hope that we sign tim Thomas and Grabovski.
Oh,
How do I get back on Hfboards? I’ve been banned there for like 4 years now…obviously cuz their moderators are fucking moron pieces of dog shit.
lol I think I am the only non banned person there. I think you need to get somebody to re-invite you or some shit, I had another buddy banned awhile back. Parros to Montreal scares me. Leafs signed Clarkson for 7 years because he makes less each year, so the cap hit gets less and less, and the last few years won’t even really hurt at all. He will likely retire before then anyways. For 5.5 a year, I’m happy he is on board. It’s like having Darcy Tucker all over again.
One does not simply, get unbanned, from HFBoards.
you have to get re-invited by somebody on the board, but they only have limited invites, so it’s kinda tough there.
You should be able to just connect to the HFBoards via a proxy and create a new account though…
@Odin http://blogs.edmontonjournal.com/2013/07/13/ex-toronto-maple-leafs-executive-says-the-edmonton-oilers-may-be-interested-in-dion-phaneuf/
I am also hearing rumours that NJ wants him, but I dunno what they have that Toronto would want, and also the rumour came from Ecklund who is pretty much never ever ever ever right ever
We do not want your caveman.
Especially since he only has 1 year left on his contract. I am going to make a new thread too!
Make a new thread so I can call out Vancouver for sucking the Sharks’ nuts Ten times in a row.
So why even go back, if that’s how you feel? You don’t (shouldn’t?) NEED to be on some internet forum.
Joe Thornton is stroking his cock. Your argument is invalid.

Awww yeahhhhh
Are Rangers fans panicking yet? Lundqvist has gotten shelled pretty much every game. Maybe Torts wasn’t as bad as I thought he was? Nah, he still sucks.
I got a fantasy team, it’s a roto league. What are my chances of winning? Here’s the team:
Ovechkin
Datsyuk
Toews
Evander Kane
Parise
Hossa
Kronwall
Byufglien
Seabrook
Beauchemin
BN: Hertl, Lucic, Tyson Barrie
MAF
Mike Smith
Cory Schneider
Start 6 Fs, 4 Ds and 2 Gs. I’ve been in 1st place all season but people are beginning to slowly catch up. My team does not get assists for some reason. If I win I get an Alex Ovechkin jersey, which I want since I love the guy.
