Hello everyone, my name is jsun2k and on behalf of Gamer VG, the premier place in Ohio to find Retro games and arcades, are having a fighting game series the whole month of October called Brawl in the Fall.
Every week there will be different games to compete in and personally, I’d like there to be a big turnout. I went to Seasons Beatings last year and it was great. I’d love to see some more people in the state of Ohio for this event as there are things to do around the area (Restaurants in the shopping center, and a mall right across the street) if you get bored.
The following games will be played on the first weekend at these times:
Super Smash Bros. Brawl - 12:00pm (Wii)
Mortal Kombat - 2:00pm (Xbox 360)
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 - 4:00pm (Xbox 360)
Persona 4 Arena - 6:30pm (Xbox 360)
All tournaments will be a $5 entry fee, (there’s no venue fee), and the winner will have their name on GAMER VG’s Fighting Game Champions Plaque. Payout will be determined by the day of the tournament, and be based on the total number of entrants. You will be able to bring you own controller of Stick if you chose.
Rules will be coming soon, but I’m sure they will be standard 2/3 matches for the most part. Tell your friends!!!
