28th October 2012 will see the second in the TRIPLE THREAT fighting game tournament series. Volume 1 was a huge success and offered not only a very high level of competition but also ridiculously tense matches and some truly hype moments!
Volume 2 “Here Comes A New Challenger” will re-introduce Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition and Street Fighter III Online Edition to the tournament roster but we are going to be adding two new games… The first of which is another current tournament faviorite, Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3! The second of the new additions will be left up to you. We want as many votes as possible before October 1st on which game should also be used.
Some examples so far have been - Mortal Kombat 9, Soul Calibur 5, BlazBlue, Tekken 6, Tekken Tag 2 (when it is released), Smash Bros Melee/Brawl, Arcana Heart 3, Guilty Gear and Persona 4… Keep in mind (as much as we love their games), we’d like the final game to be a non-Capcom title just to mix things up a little bit.
