Season 1:

Mar. 28, Apr. 4, Apr. 11, Apr. 18, Apr. 25, May. 2, May. 9

Point System Breakdown
Players will compete in a 64+man tournament and battle it out through top 8. When the
tournament is over, the top 8 players will receive WNF ranking points (RP) and entered in our
database. Note: *RPs will reset when a new season begins.

How many points do you get for placing top 8?
1st Place = 8 pts. 2nd Place = 7 pts. 3rd Place = 6 pts. 4th Place = 5 pts
5th Place = 4 pts. 5th Place = 4 pts. 7th Place = 3 pts. 7th Place = 3pts

What happens next season?
Top 8 players will be seeded starting in Season 2 and same rules apply to Season 3.
Ranking Point totals will also reset back to 0 after every Season is over.

Weds Night Fights Update!!

After much discussion, WNF Road To Evo 2012 current point system is overpowered and has received a balance patch!

Old point system:
1st Place = 50 pts. 2nd Place = 20 pts. 3rd Place = 10 pts. 4th Place = 1 pt
5th Place = 1 pt. 5th Place = 1 pt. 7th Place = 1 pt. 7th Place = 1pt

Adjustment:
1st Place = 25 pts. 2nd Place = 10 pts. 3rd Place = 5 pts. 4th Place = 1 pt
5th Place = 1 pt. 5th Place = 1 pt. 7th Place = 1 pt. 7th Place = 1pt

Hey guys, is there anyone close to the Eagle Rock area going to drive there? I’m kind of car-less, but would be willing to contribute for gas is anyone’s carpooling.

Will any of the marvel stations and/or stream station have dlc characters? Last time I was there not a single one, including stream, had them.

Yes, there will be DLC characters.

Since SCR, we’ve updated 4 Xbox360s with UMVC3 DLC’s.

Stream station will also have them good sir.

My guess Registration is from 6pm, and tournament starts at 8pm?
i do remember hearing they wanted to start the tournament earlier than the previous seasons.

i will be here from 10am on and registration will be open when we open. if you cant make it on time have a friend register for you to ensure your spot in the tourney. dont forget we also have a side tourney for super turbo if thats your flavor and get over 20 people every WNF. ask me for more info if interested and hope to see you all here tomorrow!

Also I think I know the answer to the question just want to clarify, but…by any chance do you guys provide any ps3 to xbox converters if needed?

Will there be 360 stations there? I dont play on stick so Im just wondering so I can go early and play some casuals before the tourney starts :slight_smile:
