Someone who actually went said that everyone was too busy MMing, so the tourney never happened. Thats really a letdown for me, I left NYCC early so I could be home in time to watch MvC2, then I find out it didnt even get streamed. It wouldve been nice to see a few MMs on stream, since I don’t care to watch the other games much
Pretty sure that MvC2 event never happened, though my attention has mostly been focused on casuals so I’m not 100% sure.
This was my first major, it was pretty dope. I was surprised at being actually star struck by seeing guys like Yipes, Gootecks, James Chen, Floe, UltraDavid, Skisonic and the like.
Got to see Skull Girls and the Vampire Savior finals, shit was actually hype with the Sasquatch mirror match finale. Got to get to more events and also practice and build my confidence up to actually be a threat lol.
