With the exception of arcade tournaments, another reminder that **everyone running a side game is responsible for providing their own videogame systems!!! You should have no trouble finding a few systems for your game from your respective community, because you know people are bringing systems to play casuals in the hotel/BYOC area. ** Just watch your stuff and don’t leave it sitting around after your tournament is over! We can lock stuff up for you at the venue so PLEASE do not leave your systems lying around and you won’t have any problems with theft.
We have lots of TVs (CRT and ASUS alike) and will set up casuals/side games in the gift shop area, with pre-scheduled side games getting preference with at least 2 TVs apiece at the time of the tournament (so that’s MvC1, A2, VS, BB, GG and T6).
We will be happy to make announcements on the house mic for you to recruit players; you’re responsible for running your actual side tourney 
We will provide 16 and 32-man paper brackets for you! You’re also responsible for collecting money for that game and paying the players whatever your pay structure is (usually 70/20/10)
Also, the karaoke rooms are bring-your-own-console and also first come, first served! There are about 6-8 small rooms for you guys to use. There will be lots of space for casuals on Sunday throughout the venue, too!
I’ve heard a few people ask about SF4 teams – no one has formally offered to run it yet, but whoever does, you’ll have a lot of stations to run it on since all that’s going on Sunday are getting Top 32 down to Top 16, then US/World/ then Finals.
As a refresher., Noel Brown is running MvC3 teams starting Friday after pools and the EC/WC event (about 11 pm) and will likely finish late Saturday or early Sunday.
Where are the 3s casuals gonna be at Thursday night-Sunday?

Do you guys have an idea as to when registration would open on friday? I’m going to have to do in person registration assuming it doesn’t sell out and wanna adjust my plans so i get there when it starts.

We’re making a change in format of the MvC2 Broken Bracket event.
**The last man standing will receive $250 instead of the full grand. Bceause the whole event is 15 matches, the winner of each match gets $50. **We think it’ll be more serious and more a chance to spread the wealth.

Only 3 days until this event! Anybody got any bets going down on who’s going to take MVC3 & AE? After watching Wong at Dev, seems as though he was simply there to practice 
I have a small request. Im driving there ( a 2+hr drive from mid ohio but didnt get a room, if someone has any spare room somewhere id appreciate it and i could be a ride if someone needs one. message me or something plz. Im only competing in the ss4ae tourney but id like to shower everyday lol
