[Oct 12, 2012] Fundamental Fridays, Weekly Friday Night Super Turbo Ranbats!... (Brooklyn, NY)

We don’t have have fancy banners or pictures. We sadly may not even have a stream. But we do have straight up weekly Super Turbo.

Rules:
8 PM SHARP start time. Call me, Booty Clappa, or the venue otherwise.
Cabs are freeplay.
Jap Turbo 3.
Akuma is banned (duh).
2/3 rounds, 3/5 matches.
Double Elimination Bracket.
$3 entry. $2 goes to the pot, $1 goes towards the ranbat season pot.
Ranbat season pot gets paid to t3 in points every 3 months.
Prizes for both tournaments and ranbats are split 70/20/10.
No age requirement!

Simple as that!

Any possibility of getting a supergun so we can have 2 setups? It would suck if the people who get knocked out early cant even play ST for awhile afterwards :confused:

I don’t work there or anything, you’d have to talk to others about it, sorry.

I have a supergun but I don’t own an ST pcb, or kick harness, or jamma/psx converters.

Instead watch and learn. Game runs very quickly and you’ll be on casuals in no time.

Standings:
The system I came up with to help scale it is this.

1st place gets points equal to the amount of entrants.
Divide by 2 and round up for 2nd.
Keep going until you get 1.
