For those using Doom’s Hidden Missile assist is it possible to combo into objection. (If you already have three evidence and manage to hit confirm with :h: or :d::h: during investigation mode.)
:h:–>(If hitconfirm on ground you can use :f::h: then) Assist–>:s:–>:j.–>j.:h:–>j.:d::h:–>:j.:s:–>Change to Trial–>j.:d::h:
:d::h:–>Assist–>:s:–>:j.–>j.:h:–>j.:d::h:–>:j.:s:–>Change to Trial–>j.:d::h:
If i remember correctly, when u dhc from samurai hyper, it still stays out if u do dhc to a transformation, like lets say dante, u coud prolly go for an unblockable if maya stays out, and your willing to waste to meters, i guess try to get a block string out with wright andhyper to dhc
In Turnabout mode level 3 , you can lockdown the opponent to death by using the vase repeatedly while the opponent is blocking. Of course, this can be evaded by push blocking. Well… It’s still fun to know.
Question, I prefer to use my original team (Phoenix Wright/Morrigan/Trish) over my current (Phoenix Wright/Tron Bonne/ cause I’m not interested in mastering Dr. Doom and I sometimes Mess up with Tron lol.
I just can’t see any safe way of landing combos without Hidden Missiles yo, so I assume I should just zone 'em with evidence and land a combo if it’s safe? Tips from Berserker01 would be nice since his style is similar.
U should have trish first in the team, cuz when u use harvest, its a safe switch to wright to get evidence, and i was messing with morrigan and when using wrights samurai hyper dhc right away to morrigans clone hyper, u can go for an unblockable as well, cuz maya stays out.
Zone them and once they get near you, either air object them or land a combo on them. If you’re planning to hit confirm, I suggest if you’re wanting to land a combo, you use Wright’s s. since it’s positive on block or his j.:s: since it causes good stun. Personally, I’d prefer just air objecting.
Oh and, I won a match with just trial Wright thanks to the landmine assists and the Maya hyper since it’s a great GTFO hyper. I lost some because I stayed too long. Lol
HT, you should always be safe when trying to hitconfirm with Wright. He’s safe on basically everything he does. When in doubt, throw out a Paperwork Low L to cover you. You could frame-trap people with it as well.
I made a video a while back explaining some uses of pieces of evidence in Turnabout Mode combos. All of those have been improved since then, but here it is again anyways:

For combos outside Turnabout Mode, just skim through the combo thread. I recall Generic Operator had some.
Lucky comeback, but what caught my eye was maya shield was canceled to samurai hyper, i didnt know u could do that, or mayve my eyes r deceiving me.

You actually just have to press :a1: + :a2:. You can cancel that from Maya slide as well, and in the corner you can loop the super as soon as it ends as long as you have meter.
I attempted to make a Phoenix Wright guide twice with frame data and all but it ends up hanging and closing or I accidentally closed it or deleted it. I failed twice ;_; I think I’m not destined to make it. Lol
^ haha looks like you and mr.shoryuken should discuss this over beer or something. speaking of which:
if you guys want i started a similar thing a whiles back (also following the dormammu guide format) by basically going through all the threads (save the Combo, Team and Video one) and compiling relevant Wright info provided by the members of the section. was gonna eventually lay it all out in a revamped Matchup thread but up until now i have been a general fat ass over the project because tbqh i felt totally incompetent to handle it
i can give you guys the files and you can carry on from it, if you want. i already created the format for the normals and put in most of the frame data (if need be i can complete the formats for all sections and finish up jotting down the frame data), but the notes are as raw as they come/direct copypastes - some of the info is also probably dated, so testing/filtering is in order. i feel that it’s better someone who is more proficient / knows what the hell their talking about is better for the job
