Hey hey, A_Rival directed me to this thread some time back and I’m finally ready to make use of it. Just finished moving down from Humboldt County to the eastbay the other day, Oakland side of the border next to Berkley. I’ve always loved my 2d fighters, but living where I was for the pass few decades, I haven’t had many others to help nourish my fighting spirit. So my interests have waxed and waned; haven’t touched any street fighter game for the better part of two years due to lack of people to play with.
Needless to say, I’m a little rusty. Still, that won’t keep me from partaking in what I love, and I would love it if that place is near to home. So if you wouldn’t mind a technical noob access to get his feet wet again, I’d love to try my hand at this gathering. I promiss I’ll make you all look good.

yo the move has finally come to completion, everything is for the most part set up and squared away so I think we can probably get some games in. Only thing is I have to work this weekend so…we can probably play for a few hours on sunday but it would have to be around 7 PM or so. I will let everyone know for sure as soon as I get a better idea.
Bringing all the weapons into the house really did not generate to much suprise from the neighbors, but wheeling is washing machines with monitors certainly did. Even the cable guy came over and got tossed on third strike. Typical, cableguy; “hell yeah I play street fighter”, me; “well okay then”. Dude just raped the buttons for a little bit before I decided enough was enough. heheh.

You know that the cable guy probably was probably beasting the 1st round but saw the mace and swords and thought it was best not to piss you off and so threw the match. I bet he even offered you a free cable hook up after :lol:

yah man, that game is pretty fun. I actually use to own it but no one ever wanted to play so I pawned it off for some other stuff. Problem with that one too is that it does not have a motherboard so rewriting the game to an existing motherboard is a huge pain in the ass.

4 images in all but the gouki side by side comparison looks tight. Some of the drawing are actually kind of bo-bo but chances are these are just to show what the potential is. Cool nonetheless.
