good games fellas. last night will probably go down in history as my worst night of street fighter. ever. Something about drinking beers all day long in the sun just wasnt happening. Glad it was a big turnout too, when I get that Impress cabinet next month it will definitely help to thin things out a little bit. Nice seeing everyone, more soon.

Yeah I showed up super late. It was Hiro with the sick necro, unfortunately he was on his way out when I got there. :sad: I didn’t see any Makotos when I got there, I guess I missed out on all the good stuff.
However, there were some sick Alpha 3 matches and good 3S stuff too. Unfortunately the night ended on a bit of a sour note but the comp was very fun.
I’ll be there whenever games are happening again.
a sour note indeed man. Was all good though, we squeezed in some extra games while lyle was waiting for his ride and now it looks like Im rolling on laurels with a pimp car in my driveway. Albeit with slashed tires. Sucks man.
we’re still waiting for the keystone end boss though man:looney: Thinking about setting up either my DC or PS2 in one of my cabinets man, thought maybe youd have the infos about that. Any convertors you would recommend to avoid having to hack existing wire. A plug and play alternative would be ideal and I dont mind spending the money (foolishly) to avoid soldering some tiny controller PCBs. Thanks dude.

If your going to set a counsel use the dreamcast there cheap now so you’ll have spare parts for days. plus I’m sure I can get mvc2 and cvs2 and one. Strawberry fields forever.
edit I think that I have a DC controler hacked some where floating around.
right on Dem. Yah you can repair those too eh? My DC sometimes does not boot and the controller ports have a real loose connection. My only apprehension about DC is that I would rather play the PS2 port. But seeing as we have 3s already and I know you guys would love some MvC2 action, I may just go that route. I dont actually think it is a hard thing to do, especially if I can pick up a DC>Jamma convertor. That would make it the easiest for sure.

Just like to say thanks to Seth for being very hospitable and giving me insightful information about the hobby of arcade collecting.
It was fun to try out my bottom tier characters against you guys. Cool to meet everybody and hope to see you guys again. Great experience aside from the tire slashing thing which sucks.
