NWM3 (TP6) - It is still possible

I want to do something big for you all and it helps me also… but I need a small targeted team ASAP to get this planned.
I need 3 or 4 people that can meet at GC and email back and forth in a quick fashion (as in daily emails not once a week) to get this nailed down.

Things I need this team to do with me ASAP is:
1 - Set a Date
2 - Set the game list
3 - Set the entry fee and prize list
4 - Decide on a venue

Trying to plan this whole thing as a community on a message board like this is ineffective, slow and getting us no where.

I need 3 or 4 people who can get on board and help make this happen right away.
Getting my sponsors on board and my support team is something I have to get done this week in order to even have a chance at making a Aug 21/22 date work.

So I would like to propose a meeting at GameClucks on Wednesday at 5pm
This will be a planning session for this event. Whoever wants too can show up, but ultimately we will narrow the scope down to 3 or 4 people to get the event done.

Are you guys talking about TP6 or NWM3. I have no problems taking care of doing NWM3 if you want to handle TP6 with brent

I can’t show Wednesday. Because I’ll be in eastern Washington but I want to be involved hopefully as one of the 3/4/5 people

I will show up, granted I have class at 6pm but my class is at edmonds 5 mins away, if it could start a little earlier or at least right on time that’d be tight. I want a large tourney in seattle to happen soon.

November is actually most ideal for you guys to set up TP6. Its completely clear, only issue is, you would need to plan it within the first two weeks. After that, you are bleeding into thanksgiving and black friday.

I’ll support in anyway I can but can not be part of the main team (have my own project for our community as an entirety {not just seattle} that needs to move forward). I fully support this venture though, make it happen guys!!!

Problem with Nov is that I have the TourneyPlay Gaming League that I am working on. While the Seattle event is planned for Nov, it possibly does not have room for anything beyond Halo Reach and Brawl, as the entire league is planned around those games. So until I get my investment and sponsors lined up and know how much money I have to work with, I can not plan to add anything into that event.

ALSO I may have a MAJOR event coming in December in the PNW that is in the works with a professional sports team. Possible to add SSF4 to that event I think.

But more or less Sept - Feb is all about the TPGL and until I get my ducks in a row, that means Reach and Brawl (unless LevelUp decides to join us in this effort, which we are talking to them about it)

Had a really good conversation with Brent tonight. Things are looking good for the future of NWM3
