so… we’re allowed to challenge whoever we want? doesn’t that kind of defeat the purpose of having tiers and the top 3 from each tier able to challenge the bottom 3 of the next? i’m confused now.
If someone from a bottom tier challenges some one normally too far above them, the person being challenged can either accept that challenge or say follow the rules and not accept. If you are in the same tier then you have no choice but to accept. At least that’s how I have heard it.
