honestly, im a little offended by this. first off, i dont get phone calls or txts anymore about hook ups. second of all, ive never been so busy in my life (im not kidding). Calculus 2 and Engneering Physics 1 are destroying me. I am so beyond stressed it’s probably getting to the point of being unhealthy. The only days I could possibly squeeze in some games would be a tuesday night or sunday.
trust me, id MUCH rather be playing games with you guys and bullshitting around but shit is getting serious with all this schooling. i’ve never been challenged so hard in my life, seriously. if i actually start hearing about hook ups again. i’ll try my hardest to make them.
the sooner i know about the hook up the better though, cuz i have to really plan out my schedule these days to stay on top of everything.

glen - sorry about the facebook/aim thing. i saw your post on facebook but ive been very bad about facebook lately and for aim…my pc is always logged on to aim. im actually hardly ever home on my pc. half of the time when i get msgs from anyone, i see them 6 hours after the fact.
as far as hookup this weekend…maybe friday or saturday after i get off of work? im thinking around 10-11pm and play for at least a few hours. if i get off of work early…maybe earlier?

my take on ssf4…
t hawk - his anti air comes out QUICK as fuck. ultra does just as much as gief. if his jab spd is just like gief…oh gawd. his dive move also fucking goes down QUICK! this move better be punishable or this guy will be up there with gief.
juri - could look like another messiah kick spam bitch. super looks useless unless its midscreen. since her ultra isnt a grab, i wonder what move is needed to fadc to connect…unless its like honda and cant be combo’ed into it. all i know is, if it cant be combo’ed, she will be placed mid tier at best.
dee JJJ (lol) - now this guy has potential…not(assumption). if his ultra is charge with 3 buttons, then we know he wont be able to combo into ultra unless his anti air gives you enuff time to charge or his machine gun punch lunches straight up and not too far back for it to not connect.

i dunno if the ultra is for sure not comboable, blanka/balrog/chun/bison can all combo ultra off of normals. i hope dee jay is pimpin, need more charge characters hehe

so out of the ones you listed rex, only boxer actually counts, chun makes it by a hairline since draggin someone to the corner with chun really is easy if you have good footsie game.
since we know dee jay doesnt have a normal move leaving them in a juggle state, we can rule out the dic part of connecting. i have a feeling he could have a move that could be linked into it like blanka but no one really does that so rule that out. i could see dee jay’s ex spin kicks doin an extra spin kick long enuff for the ultra to connect “in the corner” so the chun idea could work. now the anti air kick idea which i posted makes the most sense unless it turns out to pull a fei long on us.
flame kick cancel ultra, only like 2 punches connects and turns out to be a bust.
as said earlier, only my speculations. we’ll just have to see come next year.

mr. k, kaal, kiet, and anyone else who plays PS3. you guys should play samloom. pretty fuckin good chun. first time i played him, we went like 60/40 him, bu then again i was playin joke characters like sim, honda, rufus. just played him, 70/30 me playin mainly ryu and sagat. his chun has some sick ass baits and is patient as hell. it pretty much went down to who was more patient. one of the best chun li’s ive played yet.
