There’s JHK, divekick on dhalsim limbs, EX Messiah FADC ultra for 75% as well… it’s just not a good fight for Seth. Arturo said it was 5-5… if you play perfectly, but it’s so very easy to get owned by one random thing. I know because I faced some pretty good seths and they can dominate you up until you get a knockdown and then your pressure is just too much. I guess it’s a 5-5, but I don’t like how fragile Seth is for him. I’m pretty sure there’s a challenge mode combo that’ll come pretty close to stunning him pretty quickly too. (J Fierce, Fierce, Fierce Tornado, Jab Tornado)
Then again, I’m just a scrub who sucks at his real B&bs =/
