Hello Everybody…this is THAJOKER from way back when…ya’ll prolly don’t even remember me anyway, but I’m back in action on DSL. What/how is everyone doing? Well it seems like the only arcade in the metairie/BR area to play at now is GameKlub. It ain’t so bad really, they have two 3s machines now :eek: . They also have KoF2003 (but no 2002 . Has there been any other arcade openings I should know about? I really haven’t been playing much, but I still get around to going 1-2 a month. Does anyone here go to GameKlub? Be cool to put some faces to SRK’ers.

In other news, I just got back from Spaceport a couple hours ago and damn, that 3S machine is a joke. Screen’s completely burned out, sticks are way too loose, and the old SF III marquee is still in there. I don’t know how anyone still plays on that thing.
BR is really too far for me to travel, espically when GameKlub is around the block. Does anyone play MOTW? I have that for Dreamcast and that might be worth a trip, but only if some ppl play it. I can play the comp. at my house in metairie. But I take it that your the manager/owner, so thanks for the heads up. Somebody better get some KOF’02 up in this bitch, 03 is ok but I havent played 02 yet, hear it’s pretty popular across the way, so now i wanna try it. When do most ppl show up to play 3s,MOTW at GAMEWARE? I hate MvC2 nowadays, so thats really all I play, and not very well mind you. But I may come up one Fri/Sat just to check it out, seeing as I’ve never even been to that mall.

Good to see everyone over there playing last night – REALLY sorry about the machine eating a lot of peoples’ tokens, but it turns out there was an alignment problem at the top of the coin bucket, not the coin mech itself. Problem fixed, shouldn’t ever happen again.
well mike i saw the chicago vs nebraska vids, needless to say everyone except for elvenshadow sucked big ass… i was very unimpressed by everyone including cue, i havent seen those texas thugs yet though… elven at his best looked like me playing so im fairly confident that we are on the same level… all the pot players didnt even look as good as khang :bluu: … also all the sol players did every single setup i do to your slayer (which none of them work) and everyone fell for every single one of them… honestly who falls for gunflame frc, dash in command grab… if you went you would have murdered everyone there except for maybe the texas players… midwest is trash sorry to say…
