neurosis played exceptionally well and placed top 8 again. I dont know why people keep saying dogura but neurosis’s sense of spacing is immaculate and unmatched.

this Sagat doesn’t know how to punish with Kara-Tigger Upper against EX psychos. Lots of full screen EX tiger knees! Forward throw whiff close cr.mk, jump in HP really messes with people mind in the corner!

you were croutchteching/mashing cr.lk alot after a blocked air burnkick and after you got hit with an overhead. almost 100% of the time.
during the neutral game it didn’t feel like you were trying to adapt to him. i had the impression that you wanted to avoid her flamekicks by kinda blindlessly rushing her down and only trying out every option bison has instead of using them after seeing what he does. sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t, overall it felt really random.

What’s up, guys? Old SF head here, who has been away for a few years focusing on MK 9, Injustice, and KOF XIII. But with Ultra now out, I’ve decided to take another serious run at this game. So far, I’m having a blast!

I like you space control but there were a few desperation signs even when you had corner advantage.
For one I’m a solid believer that Bison has no business jumping in on a cornered opponent, i noticed every time you jumped in in Leslie example, you ate a dp.
Head stomp is a good move to compliment corner pressure but on block you’re forced to create almost full screen distance to remain safe. Your ability to advance however meant this was for the most part ok to do albeit unecessary IMO.
I reckon you need to use cr.hp more or at least anti air ex special. Versus Xi’an I think his damage came from jump ins mainly.
With this said I like your Bison and think you have one of the better corner games I’ve seen.

That jumping in on a cornered opponent was pure stupidity and I need to change that. Gen’s jump in is quite hard to anti air and you had to time a early cr.hp to stuff it.I was thinking of using neutral jump hk or hk on reaction to his jump in.

True i completely forgot how difficult it can be vs Gen to anti air, in that case you need to be at ranges where Gen shouldn’t forward jump, mainly in his face.
