TIME: Sign-ups starts from 12:00 - 2:00 PM.
Tournament starts @ 2:30 PM.

NOTE: Please exchange cell phone numbers in advance and call in if you think you’re gonna be late.

LOCATION: Student Union Bowling Center
basement floor of the SJSU Student Union @ San Jose State University

*(Min 4 teams required for any team tournament.) *

SINGLE GAMES:[LIST]
[] Marvel vs Capcom 2
[] Guilty Gear XX: #Accent Core (maybe team tourney instead of single)
[] King of Fighters XI
[] Tekken 5.2: Dark Ressurection[/LIST]
*(Min 8 participates required for any single tournament.) *

TEAM TOURNEY RULES:
Entry fee: $2 per team member
Prize %: Winner takes all!
Best of 1, double elimination.

SF4 & SF3 Rules: 2 members each team
each member must selects a different character
ROUND 1: 1st player of Team A VS 1st player of Team B
ROUND 2: 2nd player of Team A VS 2nd player of Team B
In Case of a Tie: Winner of each match VS (players may select a new character.)

CvS2 Rules: 2 members each team.
1 team = 1 groove, but each team member gets a ratio-2 character.
Play until 1 team lose both ratio-2 characters.

SINGLE TOURNEY RULES:
Entry fee: $5
Prize %: 70-20-10
Best of 3, double elimination.

My friend and I will go! We went to the one in SF state yesterday.

I lost the very first person I played for both SFIV and CvS2! hahah. I like the tourny experience, get to see great players and talk to other SF fans!

We will be playing SFIV

I’m thinking about adding Guilty Gear to the team tourney list, with the same rules as SF4 & SF3.

i’m not actually the head organizer this time. i’m just helping. i suggested a $3 fee, but the head guy wanted to make this tourney cheap & affordable to everyone.

good question. hmm… i’m gonna say “no” so we can have more variety in opponent characters.
