[Nov 13, 2012] GG Tournaments # 2 (Easton, PA)

The Game Gallery, a gamer’s dream store come true, is officially hosting tournaments. With their grand opening last week, they ran a free to enter Smash tournament. However, this week…there’s something most people love.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 tournament:
The system it will be played on is the Dreamcast. Controllers are provided. If you bring your own, Mark them CLEARLY. We are not responsible for the loss of your property. Take your controller with you when you are done with a match.
Rules:
*Best of 3 for each match except for finals which is best of 5
*Round Count 99
*Speed Turbo II
*You are not allowed to pick more than one of the same character.
*Pausing the match will result in the loss of a Match
*If a player loses, they can change their team. The winner must stay the same.
We encourage players to stay at the venue while the tournament is going on. If you need to leave, please let the organizer know where you are. There is a time limit on how long we can wait for you. If the organizer doesn’t know where you are, you will be knocked into losers automatically. If we can’t find you come losers, then it’s a DQ. We work with you if you work with us.

Note to the players:
$1 from every entrant will be used towards more equipment so we can provide bigger and better tournaments.(I know people here know the rules, but in general, it’s made so blunt for newcomers who aren’t familiar with how a tournament is run.)

I’m more than happy to answer any questions in regards to the tournament, and you can also visit the facebook page of the venue as well. I will be running the tournament, as I did during the grand opening.

Thank you for your support in advance, and we hope to see you there. Bigger and more exciting tournaments are around the corner. That much we promise!!!
