Notification Enhancement Request -- Only notify/email me once between vists

So I noticed if I enable email notification on a thread I’m interested in following that SRK will email me for every comment posted. That means if I go away for a few days and come back to an active thread, I might have a hundred emails in my inbox telling me people posted; that seems like a complete waste of bandwidth and is pretty annoying.

The general way of handing thread subscriptions with email notification is to only email the user ONCE between visits, even if there has been 1000 posts since the time he last viewed the thread.

Here is how SRK works now:

11:59AM I visit the thread
12:00PM User-A posts --> email sent
12:04PM User-B posts --> email sent
12:10PM User-C posts --> email sent
12:15PM I visit the thread
12:30PM User-D posts --> email sent
12:45PM User-E posts --> email sent

Here is how it should work:

11:59AM I visit the thread
12:00PM User-A posts --> email sent
12:04PM User-B posts
12:10PM User-C posts
12:15PM I visit the thread
12:30PM User-D posts --> email sent
12:45PM User-E posts
