Not logged in when viewing front page article

I’m trying to respond to this

But for me, no comment box is showing up. The grey search bar with my name at the top of the page is showing, but nothing else on the page indicates I’m signed in.

I have logged in and out, but nothing has changed. I can comment on any other article just fine, except this one.

Same exact thing is happening to me. They probably just forgot to implement the comment box on that page or some kind of error must have popped.
