3s - Don’t play much at all really, but I pick Ryu when I do.
SSBM - Same, but when I do I like Jigglypuff. I will learn Pitt when the new one comes out.
MVC2 I don’t play much; I either scrub it out with a horrible Strider/Doom or some combination of Ken or Cable/Tron/Whoever. 3S I kinda dropped for CVS2 but when I do play it I usually play Akuma or Ken. I don’t play Melee more than casually and I usually play either Fox or Bowser.

A guy here in SA plays Ken/Storm/Tron a lot. He doesn’t do horribly vs. a few Magnetos. He just needs to step it up vs. the rest of the top tier.

Ken/Storm/Tron…of course he doesn’t do bad against magnetos, isn’t even a bad team…hell Storm/Tron is all you need even…and then with a killer assist like Ken…and magneto is the easiest to beat with low tier as long as you can block some shit (or the magz isn’t too good)…he runs into stuff.

I like what i like. And the commonalities in the white gay scene are what I dont like. Or course some of that was mild exaggeration for humor, but for the most part not a part of the gay crowd i swing with at ALL.
I know you see t his as your reasons to go to pride, you see the need to party with like minded fellows. But I feel it necessary to say that these are not the reasons for black pride. I won’t attack you I’m just going to assume you are a young’n cause that is often where i hear sentiment like this.
Black pride doesn’t exist because they dont’ like white pride. bear pride doesn’t exist because regular pride is distasteful to bears. I’ll accept that these are your reasons for not liking atlanta pride or wherever you go.
Pride is not about being proud that you are gay / over being straight.
Pride is about not being ASHAMED that you are gay.
Bear pride is about not being ASHAMED that you are a bear.
Black pride is about not being ASHAMED that you are a black gay person.
New York pride is about not being ASHAMED that you are a gay person in new york.
Why is there pride celebrations? Do we need it? Yep it serves a purpose. The greater american community at least, would have you belive gay is gross and disgusting. The gay community in general would have you belive that being a bear is gross and disgusting. The american public ingeneral has it’s own bias against minorities… and to a further extent add gay minorities. This is the purpose they serve. We celebrate while others hate.
You get it? I understand the parties are great the people are hot and closer to your “type” at a certain pride but it’s important that you not start in on the line of thinking that isolates your self from the rest of your gay brethren. Especially if you are going to participate in pride.
