that would actually irk me. I have nothing against gay people, but negros are notoriously homophobic and it sounds like a recipe for disaster. Why not set up your own event? Piggy backing off an established event is just shady. No matter how you look at it, it takes away from the focus of the initial event and is selfish.

You can’t change anybody’s mentality…whatever reason one chooses to go to pride, hey, atleast they’re going. We all know there are small minded, still somewhat in the closet, or pretty naive gay people, not just that post here, but in the real world in general. We cannot expect everyone to think like us, or say someone else’s thoughts are right/wrong (unless they are hurting someone). I’ve gone to many a gay-pride events including Black Gay Pride events. In fact I went to Black Gay Pride in DC a few years ago where the primarily requested music was techo and house. I was like WTF.
Bears, Twinks, and … uh … “normal?” people were all in abundance.
Leather ran rampant as did drag queens and all other “scenes” typical of the gay community.
Glowsticks were handed out at the door for free! So most people had like three of them at least.
And there was the same ratio of feminine men at a black pride event as there were at any… uh … “white?” … pride event.
Fisting… WHAT THE FUCK? No, there was none of this. But then there has never been any of this at any event I’ve gone to black or otherwise. At least not just out in public where everybody can see and participate. WTF!

I was gonna say the exact same thing.
Playing good people that use top-tier, that won’t win, Storm can’t do it all by her self all the time. Playing the stuff I’ve seen listed in this thread, not a problem. But the stuff I’ve seen in this thread I could probably beat more often than not with Rogue, Felicia, Morrigan (a really old fun team I used to play).

CvS2: Casual play = A-Kyo/Benimaru/Dhalsim (r2). Tourneys = A-Iori/Sakura/Sagat (r2)
MvC2: Don’t really play any more…but usually Ryu/Gambit/T.Bonne or Colossus/Sentinel/CapCom when I play casually/scrubs. But when I go to tourneys or a know spot for good marvel players I usually use Mag/Storm/CapCom

It’s called a play style. The only team that even slightly resembles that is RSP. Nothing and I mean NOTHING about Blackheart or Sentinel or CAPCOM is even remotely like Psylocke and Tron! Much less when Psylocke is on POINT.
That’s like saying “well you can play Cable you must be good with Cammy.” Cause ya know, they’re so similar.
Imagine if I had said “fun but don’t expect to win with MSP”. That UBER good team would NEVER EVER win for me, it’d be all Storm trying to win that with Psylocke’s assist… and that won’t happen.
