It’s nice to see that things have calmed down a bit in this thread. There is a possibliity that if we have a smaller yet bigger tournament in Dec, then we can move on to the NWR type event later on, and get that set up.
All you Seattle guys should work on finding a venue. If there’s a cover charge for the event (like evo) that could help pay for the venue. I’d really like to see this happen in Seattle simply because we’ll get more Canadians
I worked this up real quick. I want to add some more characters in the background, and possibly change the name/find some better looking fonts to make it look more proffesional, but for now its OK.
Is the name set on NW Majors? We should have something awesome like an “Ultimate Fighting Game Championship” type name to let people know shit is serious.
Also, I mentioned in the other thread regarding a community center here in Seattle. They charge by the hour. A large room that holds 150 peeps costs 45 an hour, and the latest they do it for is 1 AM. Maybe cheaper for smaller rooms…
