Brent, I got you on the deposit. If they could give us a little time, I could cover all of it. Of course, if anyone out there wants to put down some scrilla we could work it out. My main concern is making sure we get the room so Brent can plan the event accordingly without having to scramble for the money up front.
So Brent, if you could try to work something out with them that would be great. PM me if you want to discuss numbers.
I’ll call them tommorow and see if we can work out a payment plan. I was actually a little shocked that they wanted all the money up front 7 months before the date. I’ll PM you when after I talk to them and figure out whether we can get some leeway.
I think we should reserve for just one day, and we can likely get the second day a little later. Saturday’s fill more often then Sunday’s I believe.
We should reallly talk about whether we absolutely need a 2 day event vs a 1 day. It would be nice to have a 2 day, but we need to know that its worth it when its an extra 2000.
Again, if anyone wants to come check out the room, it would give you a great picture of how this can get done. THE SPACE IS HUGE, but also not too huge. Its really amazing. I would like someone else to see it and get their opinion. Maybe we could plan to take a quick feild trip if Blake holds a session or something. I got there, saw the room, asked questions, and was back at my house in an hour, and Julian doesn’t live to far from me.

I called the venue and asked them about payment plans, and they said they should be able to work with us and the upfront payment wasn’t tottaly mandatory! That’s all I have for now because she had to work with another client. She will either call me back before 5 or call me tommorow. Either way, I’ll let you guys know as soon as I find out whats up.

Alright, I don’t have the exact payment plan yet, but I am going to go in to sign the contract and figure it out.
For right now, we need a 500 dollar down payment on the room. It think that is the 500 dollar refundable damage reserve.
