Hello everyone, i am planning to be the host on holding Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 (MvC2) Monthly Ranbats aka Ranslaps in console or arcade.
This will be our firs ranbat aka Ranbat 3.1 =]

Entry Fee: $5.00
Double Elimination:
2 out of 3 Winners/losers bracket
3 out of 5 Winners finals
4 out of 7 Grand Finals
Payouts:
1st: 70% + $50.00 prize
2nd: 20%
3rd: 10%
4th: Free Hot Dog
(If no more than 8 people enter, then there will be a winner-take-all).
Winner of each match must pick the same character/team.

So i guess it is console. Damn, i need to start buying hella hotdogs lolol.
Oh, btw, since my electricity bill was like $400 last month, we gotta at least donate $5 per person.
Nah, SVGL doesn’t care about taping or taking pictures. Furthermore, i need to ask them for permission if i could hold the tournament in the arcade only if people want it in the arcade.
Every month that passes by you guys can switch spots on where you want the official tournament location to be in.

Sundays are fine with me. As long as it ends by 12:00 midnight. Gotta work on Monday. Just trying to help out The Chunk, if you guys decide to do it somewhere else that’s cool too.
I don’t think we’re gonna hold the tournament at my house on march 3rd, due to my parents getting pissed off at me 'cause i had my friends play till 6 in the morning. We could do the console thing at Albert’s house or somewhere else. My parents are pissed, sorry. So, i guess we’re going to have to hold the tournament at SVGL or anywhere else if people want console. Peace.
just do it at svgl, im sure more people would go if it was at an arcade and not console, yeah, evo is on console, but just look at how fairfield does. They hold tournies at the tilt arcade and people show up.
I say Alberts since svgl only has one marvel now. Hes got multiple cabinets plus other games to play while waiting. It is also complete with no windows so no one can jump out.
We can also go dummy without the manager kicking us out, get drunk off half a beer, and win various money matches so we can add another college course.
We can have the first one at my house. If it sucks balls you guys can do the rest of the RanSlaps at SVGL. Private Message me for the address or get it from someone who knows where I live. I don’t want it posted publicly. Marvel will be on 2 cabs unless you guys are down to play the PS2 version which would make it 3. Bring your own food and drinks. Also, theres a 7 Eleven right down the street. Any way I can accomodate post it here and I’ll see what I can do.
