NECXI WILL BE A CONSOLE-ONLY TOURNAMENT.( may with a few arcade cabs stay tune)
DATES: December 4th and 5th
FEES: $25 registration fee per player … $15 entry fee per person for non-players. (more info on this later.)
Online registrations will be available soon stay tune.
Tournament will be double elim 2-out-3, semi–3-out of-5-winner/loser-semi 2-out of-3, winner finals-3-out of 5/ loser finals-3out of-5
I have change a lot of entry fee so players can have some kind of money left over to do other things with like eat and party or do what ever. I think this will help the numbers in some of the smaller games to.
All the rules will be the same as all the tournament I’ve thrown (this will be treated like an arcade version tournament).
We will have 2 Sticks available for use. Other then that its BYOC. We will have between 30+ TVs available for the tournament and there will be 5 games TVs & games open for casual play.
You also can bring your own system and T.V. if you want something else to play thats not on the game list but let me know b4 hand.
You will have to set up in the chill out room.
Venue and Entry Fee will be collected between 9AM and 5pm. (each day)

Some stuff regarding whats going to be going on as far as Arcana Heart @ NEC:
There will be 2 tournaments run, one for AH1(PS2) and AH3(Arcade). The AH3 setup is courtesy of paikman, so please be sure to thank him for purchasing and bringing his setup to the venue. Any donations to cover the costs of a board that will pretty much be obsolete in 4 months will be much appreciated, otherwise we haven’t decided if there will be a fee for playing on the board. If there is, it definitely won’t break your pockets

Platform: Arcade(the board uses ps3 converters, so you’ll need to bring some sort of PS2 stick/controller or hope someone will let you borrow theirs)

I still need to talk to paikman about a few things, but I’m sure AH3 will be available for casuals Saturday. If you have any questions then feel free to ask either of us, this is pretty much his production but I’m familiar with NEC so I’m avaliable too
There is a special arcana event planned for NEC as well, which I’m still working out. If you’re familiar with arcana or at least interested, you’ll definitely like whats being cooked up

Oh, remember, I’ll be having a 3S JPN board in here for the tournament - should we need another setup as other players are bringing some 3S Jpn arcade machines I believe.
