Hey, what rules do you guys use for low-tier Marvel? Can I get a link to the ruleset?

You can make a brave attempt to get me drunk to a degree that I actually enjoy. The last couple of times I’ve been drunk lead either to me almost ruining my friendship with one of my best friends, or me delivering a spinning piledriver to my girlfriend’s cat. The cat in question was not hurt(I’m petting her as we speak), but I did break a bed in half with 150 pounds of me plus about four pounds of cat.
