Another thing I dont want to happen (ONLY because it has happened to me) is getting all wrapped up in the site/admin duties… I have done that before with gaming clans and you end up never having any fun…lol MOST of the folks that come to OFC get thier info from here… Most dont even know we have a site that we can stream to, sign up for events at, forums, and post realtime tourny standings …lol
Alright, so I am making this promise right here, (cause I know everyone’s been missing me) I will be bringing my sexy self to the next OFC. I’d love to come to lab night, but I dont get off work till like 9:30, so probably not gonna come through. Also, where do I donate at?
I want to come but I’m fighting this cold, maybe if I feel up for it I’ll swing through. Also need to drop the kiddo off at his dad’s so if I do show up, wont’ be till after 8pm…

capture came in, stream up and running. I setup a lobby in Marvel, so if anyone reads this. pop on Marvel and hop in and invtie some friends so we can get some action going on. I will setup OFC endless lobbies for SFxT when the time comes…

We should have a set firm time for people to show up for the tourney so we can stream it. What do you think Ed? Should we stream Casual SF x T till tourney time?

Long weekend of testing, just need to sort out sound issues and mixing. Next step is doing a dry run at my house to see how all this can work when i get to eds. I need to wait for the monoprice to send me all the cables I ordered so I can test out different setups.
Possible Setups
PPV Main Event Setup!
Console goes in to 4-way then into both PC and Big Screen TV at Eds. Both connected using Component cables to ensure there is no input lag.
The Ring Setup
2. Console goes in to 4-way then into PC and 2 LCDs facing back to back. Component cables would be used to hook up to PC and component to VGA would be used to hook up to the Monitors. Again this will insure there is no input lag. This will most likely be the setup at my home.
The only issue I am having is mixing the audio but that isn’t that big deal since I haven’t dedicated a whole lot of time to it. Trying to make sure this works and graphically looks as professional and appealing as possible. I’s gonna look sick considering the time given, people are going to be impressed by it.
Gonna take a day off tomorrow from this, haven’t had a solid day of SF play since taking this on. =P It’s been a blast though; haven’t been this inspired to design and do stuff in YEARS! Just don’t want my Cody skills to suffer… =P
