MLG was pretty shitty. Seeding was determined by win streak at the event but it wasn’t enforced who you played so scrubs snuck around when none of the good players were there and farmed wins off randoms, getting higher seeds than us. Because of that, I got placed against Reo round 2 in a single elim tourney. I was going back and forth with him in casuals and he was really the only one there I felt I would really have to work to beat, so it was really unlucky that I had to fight him so early, 1 spot away from getting paid. Meanwhile people that didn’t deserve top 4 got it because of easy ass brackets. One guy got a bye and then fought a scrub and got 750 dollars.
Don’t go to non traditional format MLG events in the future.

I don’t know, at this moment I don’t feel like it’s worth the trouble. 25 door fee, 7 for parking each day over the course of 3 days… if I did do it again I’d do like the scrubs did and make sure to get a stupidly good seeding.

Kinda a slow start for FG this week. Been playing some more 3SOE, finally finished that Q parry trail, and parried Ryu’s shinku Hadouken with my eyes closed.hehehe Played a few matches online doing very well, ran into a room with 1 guy playing as Gill, and another guy using mid air moves or some shit with Twelve shit was crazy.(@o@). Gonna get in some more BBCS2 practice this week,and finally DL Arcana Heart 3 and stop being lazy. Oh how do you get the extra colors in 3SOE??
Demo was talking about all that, sounds like MLG just doesn’t understand how to run a tournament for a fighting game. I don’t think i’d go to it seeing the way it’s run like that.
To get the 2I colors, beat arcade mode with a character, and you’ll unlock the 2I colors for that character.
