Hi Corner-Trap & NC Community, I host sessions for the Greensboro area in the UNCG library every other Thursday, with the next one being a week from today. I don’t lurk a lot here, so the best place to reach me is probably facebook, under Kevin McCarty (in the UNC-Greensboro network, I have posts in NC Fighters if you need additional help). We’ve had two meetings so far and the turnout appears to be exponentially increasing, so maybe it’s worthy of the OP? Thanks!

She was/is such a random character. No one liked (or still likes) fighting her because people would just start mashing the D button and the opponent would have no idea what she’s gonna do. If you know how to fight a good/bad noel player it usually involved running away from her because you had no idea what she was going to do next. This was especially prominent with bad noel players who could just random you do death since her D button is basically her happy button.

She was mid-tier sure, but she was annoying and not fun to fight. I always said that Noel and Tager would be the worst characters in BB to ever make S tier. Unfortunately Noel actually got that in BBCS2.

God, I can’t stand Noel. Her playstyle is bullcrap and her character is bullcrap. She’s just a bimbo waiting to get manipulated by the next person. I WANT TAGER TO BE S TIER.

By the way I can bring a copy of BBCS for Xbox360…

Mind if I ride with you? I’m finally available for junk and I can chip in for gas money. I can also bring however many tvs your car can fit + 360 + BBCS + MvC3. Also, and here’s my REAL SELLING POINT, I shower, so I won’t stink places up.

SonGohanX said he’ll bring another copy of MK, so the only piece of equipment we’re missing is one more BBCS2 for the PS3. Hey Demo if you read this do you think you can do that game sharing thing for BBCS2 with someone else on the equipment list? I’m not quite sure how it works on PSN but it’s reasonable it would be easier to find someone with a copy of BBCS instead of looking for someone who has a copy of BBCS along with a PS3 that has BBCS2.

im thinking of doing an impromptu local thing tonight. gonna play some games and watch X-Men: First Class. if enough locals dont confirm attendance i NEED to play some games tonight, im not big on MvC3 anymore but I would like to play some AE, BBCS2, AH3, MK, and a longshot bc nobody here plays it but also MAYBE some T6. ive really gotten into CS2 and AH3 lately for some reason. im definitely not tournament ready in either though but i want to play other players in them so i know how to move and to apply the mechanics and not just do practice mode combos.

EDIT: Josiah, i know we spoke on it the other night at your session but didnt go into detail but if youre still looking for a PS3 I have that 60GB for sale for $175. This is also open to anyone else.

Got a job in Greensboro. Like I promised I will be returning back to NC before July 11th. Found out today that I make my own office hours… Also, probably won’t have a car till October or November [I don’t make much money ], but I’ll be damned if I don’t go to any tournaments. I’m going to start focusing on going to OOS tourneys, even if that means i become a greyhound warrior in training.

Carl isn’t as fun as he use to be but its whatever. I still have a lot to learn with him and I’m not in as good shape in BB like I would’ve been this time last year…

strange observation but is Honda (the car company) just paying Sony lots of money to force ads into the games? I went into training mode on BBCS2 and on AH3 today and right there on the menu screen is an advertisement for the new Civic. Its pretty neat because it cycle through all the different ones as part of their “to each their own” campaign, but it just doesnt belong. Or maybe its just Aksys games.
