Yup, he’s speaking the truth DP. I ordered some InPin converters, that came in the other day. Tested them on an Hori and Tekken5 stick. They were perfect as advertised. I ordered them after reading this article on SDTekken.com:

I can land Bryan’s d,db,b~4, db+2, [d+3,2],1,ff+2 with these converters with high success rate. (Can’t land it 100%, but even on PS3 pad, or at that actual arcade machine, it was the same deal. High success rate, not 100%) On third rate converters though, it’s impossible to land this combo.
