Well actually I think it depends on character and how fast the button is that they use to punish. I’m pretty sure Boxer for example can see the kick extend and then low/standing rh or just continue to block if Sagat fakes it.
Tim, I know at least 3 people around here who need good converters or sticks. I bet you could bring like 5 to a tournament and sell them no problem.
Anyone in the Triad trying to play tonight? :smokin:
I don’t think that’s the problem so much as the people don’t have a playstation stick at all anymore. Even though i don’t have a ps3, if I still had a ps2 stick I would still get a converter just to have for things like this.
I sold all my PS2 stuff not long after i got my 360.
I could swipe my friends old tekken5 stick but…ehhh…not a fan of it unless it’s modded.
Well, seeing as how PS3 is tournament standard, then I would recommend that you invest in a PS stick of some kind. Tournament matches aren’t played on 360 in the vast majority of tournaments.
Almost every game we’ve played before now has been a PS2 game, so we have basiaclly all PS2 hardware.
GG, 3S, CvS2, all SNK, AH…our main games and most of our side games are all PS2. The rest are played on PS3. The people that don’t have Playstation sticks anymore…aren’t us lol
I think people will like SF4 more once we all understand it better and are used to it. I still don’t think everyone is totally comfortable with the game just yet.
Roski, have as many tournaments/ranbats as possible this summer. Last year the ranbats levelled up NC 3S SOOO much. They can only do the same with our SF IV game.
And don’t forget the 3S ranbats either. NC is NOT done progressing in that game if I have anything to say about it.
i modded a mayflash stick so i dont need one, all i gots to do is plug that sucker in and go, the only downside is the button config is wacky on ps3 so ill need a second or 2 to change them
