It is possible. I already asked a few people to help, but they don’t have a car.
Basically if any of you can help find a TV (or two) on craigslist (they are either free or $10 a piece, prefers those with s-video input) near where you live, then we can donate the TV to Etrium and play there. (We’ll split the cost of the TV on our first gathering).
Not having to lug my TV’s from 2nd floor to my car will make it so much easier.
I heard that Etrium is a great venue and they only charge $5 to play the whole day.
So we’ll have two places to play ST (when southtown gets their ST board)

I got work from 1-5 on Saturday, but I’ll head straight there after work.
I won’t be here this weekend but when people get together and organize something for people to go play then I will go. Or else it will always just be 1-3 ppl playing and you can get that anywhere
I actually live about 3 miles from the Etrium but I didn’t even know it existed until just recently. I definitely may be able to bring some TVs over. It would be awesome to have a place to play ST that close to home.
At this time we do not have plans for H2H setup for this title. For now we would like to see how it goes as is. Space is limited here so its not ideal for us to dedicate two cab’s for this game unless a lot of people show up to play it on a daily basis. Thanks

I really hate playing in a cramp position, especially if the other guy is big. I can’t even do dp consistently let alone juice kicks.

But it’s a self-fulfilling prophecy… the reason we want to play in the arcade is because we want to play in ideal condition.
I’ll still go and visit you guys but it’s hard to be excited because of the 2p controls.

You can revert it back to one cab when not a lot of people are playing.
I would even pay more to play on a h2h (or 2 cabs side by side).

No, I don’t have any crt TVs but I’d be happy to buy a couple old one’s and donate them. The only difficulty is that I don’t have my own car at the moment, so I’m going to have to find someone to give me a ride or let me borrow. I’m working on this and I’ll post here when I get it done.
