I play a lot on XBL now but installing GGPO has not been working for me at all. it has been so long since I used ggpo. I used it back when it was first being tested. can anyone help me out with getting that set up? also can ggpo be installed on ubuntu? I have XP as well but Ubuntu is mainly what I use.

If you can Bart it into the city somehow, specifically Daly City, I can drive you to any events after you get there. I’m not sure if we have anything coming up except maybe perhaps ST casuals on Fridays at Game Center. The last session we had, Aaron shinobi showed up to that one.

I know your situation doesn’t allow you to drive, which is rather unfortunate. I don’t want to say no, but that’s over an hour each way to pick you up, come to the session, drop you off back in Fairfield, and still come back home. It’s always good playing you, but I don’t think it’s feasible that way.
Probably best to run with Aaron Shinobi, or Fudd when he gets the time to come down.
Regardless, if you make it to the city, we can get you from there.
Maybe when you come out when a piggyback ST tourney happens at Southtown? We’ll figure it out.

I also posted this on Sirlin.net and he mentioned that he could have a session not this weekend but the following weekend. Also, he’ll be hosting a HDR tourney next June, which is a long ways from now. Yeah me and ultracombo had a real good time at Sirlin’s on Sunday. We played hdr and he gave us a bit of a tutorial on GGXX AC plus. It’s pretty crazy how well informed he is on so many aspects of fighting games. And his Fei is a beast as well, was really good to be able to play him.
He also told us that he would be away for a couple weeks, but is down to host another session when he returns. Hopefully we can have more of our crew to come out next time.
Guys, I’m a be there late on Friday. Got some overtime work that day. I should be there at around 9.

Myung emailed me said it’d be okay for monthlies if we can’t do biweekly since theyre apparently changing some things up. Let me know so I can email him asap. As for the session tomorrow, I’m really hard on cash right now because of life things so I don’t know if I’ll be able to make it since the trip is really hard on gas
I’m fine with bi weeklies. But for most I think monthlies would probably be more plausible. If we could have a set schedule for monthlies, it should work out well.
