I don’t see why the hotel wouldn’t let you store it in the room but you can inquire with the hotel to be sure.
I can talk to 2000 watts see if we can bring two set ups. However sticks might be an issue since its PS2 so bring them if you can. 
I can try, Hopefully we can 2-3 Set ups on the side.

Sorry but 2000 watts is already approved to bring 1 setup and I believe that should suffice. You guys may run your side event on that. I don’t see a need for 2-3 CRT setups for CvS.

I talked to a bunch of mvc3 players at hadocon and we want to do a mvc3 Norcal vs Socal 5 vs 5! If you don’t have time to put it in the schedule that’s cool but is it ok with you if we set it up on sat on the side or something?
