yeah i work at sjgl. thats why i know how people work. my manager is part owner of all of the golflands and he doesnt even get all crazy like paul does.
yes i have met this paul guy, a long time ago and i didnt have much of a problem with him. every customer whom ive met and knows this guy only have negative things to say. they tell me all sorts of stupid stuff that he tries to pull. and hes not even the manager.
i know that my assistant manager saw people smoking weed and told them to leave. they came back later to buy some food and he let them. people have smelled of weed and my manager didnt kick them out.
they even teach their employees not to be too harsh when people break the rules.
they want people to just stop doing what they are doing and come back later. paul still gets paid if he loses a customer, so why would he care?
my point is, im being honest when i say that so many people complain about him. if so many people complain, its hard to just overlook it.
The manager of svgl caught me sneaking alcohol in and didn’t ban me. he just told me to finish it outside. I came right back in after I was done, and he could care less. Anyway thanks to the tournament organizers for a fun tournament and GGs to everyone. Maybe i’ll actually start practicing for tournaments from now on, so i won’t be mad when I miss RCs.
right. you cant argue. so when everyone complains and says that mgl staff is retarded for the way they do business, you just have to accept it you shouldnt argue it like you have been.
Dave – Bhushan is “THE Living Legend” – and I’m not sure who started that…I think it was Bhushan, actually…or maybe Art.

I have a say in this issue about weed, and I don’t mean to offend any of the members within the organization of Golfland, but:
First of all, I do believe that it is still illegal by law to smoke weed. Therefore, for the managers to catch these people smoking weed and not reporting it the authorized powers to deal with the issue, they would also be prosecuted by the law for not complying to the law as an act of both a citizen and a business. I’m not trying to say this to get you guys into trouble, i’m letting you know this as far as my knowledge about the law goes to prevent that from happening. If i’m wrong about anything i’ve said, please correct me.
Second of all, for Paul to kick someone out, you have to have the correct reasoning and logic to take the action to do so. I believe that Paul does get out of hand sometimes, but, he also takes appropriate actions to make his work enviornment as positive as possible. I personally don’t like going to SVGL, no offense to SVGL players and the staff there, because it reeks of smell and the occasional weed. I really dislike that to large degree, and i’m sure quite a few others agree with me. Anyways, back to the subject which is about Paul… when someone smells at a reasonable level of weed, it would definitely give the implication of the person either having smoked weed, or possessing the illegal drug on themselves. This defintely poses a possible threat to his customers, which is consisted of family based/teen communities, and the business, let alone getting into trouble with the authorities for not complying to the law. Even more reason to report the issue and take responsibility for the people and himself.
Finally, let’s take a look at the whole situation and think about it. Why did name get kicked out for smelling like weed? Did he have a reasonably strong scent to make the assumption he previously smoked weed or is in the possession of it? And, if the person did previously smoke or is in the possession of it, I can understand that a citizen which are usually friends letting the issue go, fuck, i’m not gonna bail on my homeboys; But, as a business or an employee of a business, would you allow that kind of situation to stay on the premises of the business which is private property? How many businesses, family and teen based, allow people who have a reasonable smell of weed, to remain on their premises? I don’t think many businesses are going to tolerate that kind of behavior. All this put together, I think Paul made the most reasonable decision according to his position with the company and the circumstances i’ve provided. Anyone care to differ?
those are intellectual constipators. just so that you know. and i can make comments that saying a lowly supervisor shouldnt be acting like hes supreme when the OWNER doesnt act like that
