22bc does slightly more damage than 22c. More importantly though, it has more pushback than 22c, so if you’re too close to get another rep of haida, 22bc helps with putting you at the proper spacing for it.
Yo, if there are any Noel players that still lurk this forum, I suggest joining the Dustloop community, even if you don’t like DL as a whole, the Noel subforum is a nice relaxed place, I’m the new moderator there and I promote unity and all that fun stuff, plenty of rainbows and whatnot.
