What is legal and what is ethical are two very different things.
Personally I think it’s ridiculous anyone would be banned from a place for something like race or sexuality. People should be held accountable for the choices they make and the content of their character, not what attributes they happen to be born with.

YES!! i wish these cowards would just put it out there, instead of hiding it. id hate to waste time at an establishment that is known for discriminating against people of all kinds for various reasons, then go in, spend like a hundred dollars, and come to find out they dont let in gay couples or some stupid shit. clubs in vegas will style on you if you are fat, or not pretty enough. that one spot at the pallazo (forgot its name)gives zero fucks. had a friend that use to bounce be a security dude there. go ahead and try to get in with your fat girlfriends looking real midwest, nope. i wouldnt support any establishment i know for a fact does that either.
if you really bout that life, and ESPECIALLY if you bout that life because of your religious beliefs, then you should be confident and proud to put a sign out front that says, “due to our (insert religion) beliefs, we do not serve homosexuals, protestants, and democrats”. i’ll know to stay the fuck away, and your business can gradually die in a short amount of time.
this reminds me of the recent story earlier this month that i didnt bother to post, that in somewhere bum fuck oklahoma, about an hour and a half from oklahoma city, this white dude who owns a bar didnt serve you if you were black, asian, democrat, gay, hispanic, on welfare, etc… you basically had to be a straight white male or female with an income for him to serve you drinks. the only reason it made news is because a white guy that use to go there became crippled due to some accident, and the bar owner said nope, cant drink here. now hes all like, please dont support this guy.
YOU BITCH. you turned a blind eye to all his racism and bigotry for how long? now you want the nation and the locals to rally behind your boohoo story because now the bigot has turned on you. you shouldnt have been spending your money there to begin with, dick head.

last year I was a door man at a gay club but I was sacked/moved to a different venue for letting in too many straight people. It’s not that easy to tell if someones gay unless they tell you. I assumed because it was a well established gay venue the majority of the people going there would be gay, and even if they were straight what right would I have to kick them out? I wouldn’t kick a gay couple out of a pub or restaurant just because there were more straight people in the premises.

my alcoholic friend got banned out of every bar in Schenectady and then eventually most in Albany. So he convinced me to go into a gay club because it was the last option i guess. It wasnt that bad, it was kindof interesting; saw some dudes from school that turned flamboynt, heaps of girls making out with each other upstairs. After about 30 min or so , I saw this light shine on my boys’ head. And some big gay bartender yells “That’s him!” leaps over the bar and rushes towards him through sea of gaypatrons. My friend starts running away ripping pictures off the wall and throwing them at the guy as hes chasing him, then he grabs this plant hides behind three kinda hot black lesbians, the two are juking back and forth with the lesbians in the middle who didnt know what to do and he throws the plant at this guy. He knocks the pot away with his forarm , all the dirt and everthing all down over him. My boy runs for the exit, picks up a potted tree by the door and heaves it at the bouncer while he slips through the door. I just had arm surgery and hasd my arm in a sling, so im just playing cool like im not part of this fiasco (I eventually ripped that artificial ligament out before the sling was even off, but that is another story). And while he waits for me out on the sidewalk jawing with the bouncers, I slip by and he then says “c’mon, lets go” And thenj they grab me, and then we all four kinda fighting but they were pretty soft (its all good though). My boy snatched one of thems watch and chain. I dont condone that behavior, but they seemed just happy to hold their ground at the door as we left. Hahaa. Its all love. My other friends give me the gas face like, ‘what the h*ll you doing at that place?’ hahaa
